Refund and Returns Policy

Generally, refunds will not be offered as items in this store are custom-made to fulfil orders.

Refunds and returns may be assessed on a case-by-case basis if contact is made within 30 days; if 30 days have passed since your purchase, a full refund or exchange will not be offered. Due to the slow shipping times being experienced globally at the moment some items may not arrive within 30 days, so there may be some room for leeway.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

Damaged Shipments

If your item returns damaged, please get in contact so that I can seek resolution with the shipping provider. Your feedback on the condition of your received packages also helps me to better pack future orders.

Shipping returns

Once you contact me, I will provide an Australian shipping address for returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs of return shipping that you have not covered yourself will be deducted from your refund, as well as the shipping costs for any replacement items that are shipped to you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If I do not receive your returned item, then I unfortunately cannot approve the refund.

Refunds and/or exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and the item condition has been assessed (including whether I agree that the item was defective).
